CONSUMER FORUM
The CONSUMER FORUM CLUB organized “ONE DAY WORKSHOP ON CONSUMER PROTECTION 2019” on 18.2.2020 at 10.00 A.M in our college premises. The programme commenced with a prayer song. Ms Priyadharini of III BBA Department rendered the Welcome address.
The Chairman of Annai Veilankanni’s Group of Institutions Dr.S.Devaraj delivered the Presidential address which was thought-provoking, he advised our students to aware of the consumer products.
Dr.Anita Rajendran Principal delivered the Key Note address of Dr.Vijaya Thilagam Assistant Commissioner, Civil supplies and Consumer Protection Department, Mylopore Zone, Chennai and Mr. R. Nehemiah Assistant Commissioner, Civil Supplies Department, Thousandlight Zone, Chennai. Our students are provided BADGE pinned by both of them . The Resource person shared immense knowledge about CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 2019 to our students. The event concluded with Vote of Thanks by Dr. S. Anitha Vergin.
